We removed the end of life chiller for a private client in Surrey and replaced it with a Carrier 30RBP410-R 405kW air cooled system which suited the available space on the client’s rooftop using a crane lift.

The team recently replaced two York YAES 0565 BSA air cooled chillers with Daikin energy efficient inverter EWAD 570TZ-SS-B2 screw chillers, including decommissioning & commissioning services, for a private treatment facility.

120,000 litres of chilled water running through a bypass which had to be frozen and then cut, above a live data centre which had to remain operational. Sound stressful? Just ask Operations Director Ben!

Klimatec decommissioned and repositioned an existing McQuay chiller, as well as installed a buffer vessel to support an existing Parker Hirros chiller which was piped directly into the building, including new pump sets.

Klimatec was asked to visit a site in east London to survey a private premises which had no heating or cooling. The previous contractor installed a Losnay unit which only provided fresh air and extract.

Klimatec was asked to replace a failed evaporator and compressor for a client in the South of England. The client’s evaporator tubes were leaking across to the refrigerant side so it was critical they were replaced.

We were asked to retrofit several 10 year old fresh-air-only air handling units that served two of their critical uninterrupted power supply rooms. We were only allowed to turn one of the four units off at a time.

We supplied two 900kW Mitsubishi air-cooled chillers over two phases. Our projects team ran and managed seven subcontractors throughout the project, which also involved working with Ainscough’s heavy crane division.

Working alongside six project partners and nine subcontractors, we successfully replaced three 1.2mW Carrier water-cooled chillers under challenging traversal and spatial conditions.
