Klimatec achieves Real Living Wage

Klimatec is now a recognised Real Living Wage Employer, certified by the Living Wage Foundation. This means our wages are reflective of real living costs and not just the National Minimum Wage.

Klimatec achieved the accreditation in mid-November 2022 after being certified by the Living Wage Foundation. This means Klimatec’s wages are reflective of real living costs, which sees us commit to paying a minimum £10.90 (£11.95 in London). All directly employed staff are already paid at or above the Living Wage for the roles they undertake.

Commenting on the result, Amy said:

“Klimatec has a great reputation for paying our staff wages appropriate their level of skill and technical knowledge. This latest accreditation supports our company ethos and helps protect our future values.”

In order to achieve accreditation Klimatec had to complete an application process which was reviewed by the Living Wage Foundation, who recognise and celebrate leadership shown by living wage employers across the UK. Klimatec joins over 11,000 businesses that are now signed up to this certification.
