  • Ben Johnston Tech IOSH

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Based out of our West London office, Ben joined in 2009 after a career as a marine engineer for the Royal Navy and working for a national air conditioning distributor. Ben holds both a NEBOSH and IOSH certificate.

  • Amy Taylor MSc

    FINANCE & ADMIN DIRECTOR

    With over 20 years’ experience in business admin and finance and based at our Warwick Head Office, Amy directs all business finance, admin, H&S, HR and IT. Holds a NEBOSH certificate and is working towards ACCA accreditation.

  • Paul Bibby FInstR

    DIRECTOR

    Paul has worked in the industry for 50 years, including working for a £14m national air conditioning company. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration and has a NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely.

  • Adrian Griffiths

    DIRECTOR

    Adrian has 50 years’ experience in the industry and is a member of the Institute of Refrigeration. Adrian has a wealth of technical expertise and operational management experience and has an IOSH qualification in Managing Safely.

  • James Allsop Tech IOSH

    HEAD OF OPERATIONS

    Based in Warwick, James has over 30 years’ experience in the industry working on a wide range of fluid chillers and air conditioning equipment for a national distributor. James has an IOSH qualification in Managing Safely.

  • Callum Small

    HEAD OF PROJECTS

    Based in London, Callum joined Klimatec in 2015 after serving in the British Army and has worked his way from engineer to projects manager. Callum has an IOSH certificate and NVQ level 6 in construction management.

  • Daren Brooks

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Based in London, Darren joined in 2022 and is responsible for managing the Reading team. Darren has worked in air conditioning for most of his career and brings an enormous wealth of knowledge to the company.

  • Darren Samme

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Darren has been in building services for 28 years, joined Klimatec in 2014 and worked his way up from an engineer to manager. He is a fully qualified scuba diver instructor and likes to travel around in his camper van.

  • Dave Mitchell

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Dave has over 35 years experience in the industry. His career began with Honeywell and Birdsall, then spent two years with Trane in Australia, before becoming a technical support manager for York, Climaveneta and LH plc.

  • Peter Lake Tech IOSH

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Based in London, Peter has 30 years experience in air conditioning and an extensive knowledge of large capacity water chillers. He has worked for Carrier, Daikin and York and holds the IOSH Managing Safely qualification.

  • Simon Thompson

    OPERATIONS MANAGER - DATA CENTRE DIVISION

    Simon spent 22 years in the Royal Navy, finishing as Chief Engineer and retiring after full service in 2010. He then joined the FM team at Whitehall where he remained for 12 years. His experience ranges from PPM to large projects.

  • Becky Morley

    ADMIN & CONTRACT SUPPORT MANAGER

    Becky has worked in business admin for over 12 years and joined Klimatec in 2013. Based in Warwick she manages our job management system, databases and internet portal whilst offering contract support to our customers.

  • Holly Morley

    ACTING ADMIN & CONTRACT SUPPORT MANAGER

    Holly graduated in 2020, amidst the pandemic, and found work at a doctor’s surgery where she applied her skills for 3 years before joining the team in Warwick. She is a lover of cute puppies and even attends puppy yoga.

  • Sue Murphy Tech IOSH

    ADMIN & CONTRACT SUPPORT - DATA CENTRE DIVISION

    Sue has worked in Facilities Management for nearly 20 years and joined Klimatec in July 2024. Based in Warwick she deals with our Data Centre administration. Sue has NEBOSH and IOSH Managing Safely qualifications.

  • Natasha Capers

    COMPLIANCE & FINANCE

    Natasha joined in 2018. Educated to degree level she has been working in business administration and finance for 10 years. Based in Warwick she works on our purchase ledger and compliance database, as well as ISO accreditations.

  • Eleanor Ives

    FINANCE & CREDIT CONTROL

    Eleanor joined Klimatec in 2016 after completing a degree in finance. Based out of head office in Warwick, Eleanor deals with our daily financial duties, including invoicing & credit control.

  • Laura Johnston

    PROJECT SUPPORT ADMIN

    Laura joined in 2021 as part-time admin support for Klimatec, focusing on our BESCA certifications, O&M Manuals, compliance and ad-hoc project-work and events.

  • Darren Taylor BA Hons

    MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

    Darren joined us in 2021 working part-time supporting Klimatec with its internal & external marketing requirements. A keen video gamer and tabletop & trading card enthusiast in his spare time.

    EMPLOYEE WELLBEING

    Sprockers Oscar & Nelson ‘work’ out of our Warwick office, offering a friendly paw to all staff & visitors. They are great listeners, love a cuddle & belly rub and both love sharing your lunch.
