Ashley Lehec takes home last quarter’s good catch

Klimatec is continuing to reward its employees for their help in spotting potential risks/hazards in the workplace with a new quarterly incentivisation scheme.

Last quarter’s good catch champion was Ashley Lehec, with the most recorded good catches for the previous three month period. Klimatec’s ‘good catch’ signifies that an employee has identified a potential risk(s)/hazard(s) in the workplace, whether that be their own premises or at a customer’s site, and with early detection the risk/hazard has been mitigated and any potential accidents prevented.

For his hard work in supporting management, Ashley received a brand new testo Smart Probe AC & refrigeration test kit worth over £200.
