Klimatec invites employees to take part in consultation

Klimatec has invited employees to help shape company policies and schemes by taking part in consultations.

Employees are being invited to help Klimatec shape some of its future policies and schemes through consultation, providing a platform for them to further invest in their company.

Employees can sign up to take part in future consultations with Klimatec’s management team, who will be looking to introduce and/or shape current company schemes and initiatives throughout 2023 and beyond.

Commenting on the opportunity, Finance and Administration Director Amy Taylor said:

“Off the back of our popular coffee mornings with staff, we’re looking at additional ways for employees to have a say on the potential changes we would like to make moving forward. We look forward to liaising with any team member who would like to have an input throughout 2023”
