Klimatec's management team attend several mental health training workshops

Following the appointment of four new Mental Health Representatives, the company also invested in several mental health training workshops for managers.

Throughout December Klimatec’s management teams, based in Warwick, Reading and London, have attended and benefited greatly from expert mental health training delivered by award-winning Charlotte Wiseman Wellbeing & Leadership Consultants.

The aim was to equip Klimatec’s managers with the correct knowledge and understanding to better help its employees who may be suffering with poor mental health.

Klimatec would like to extend a big shout out to trainer Clive Stevenson FRSPH who delivered an excellent workshop for the team. The team will now take time to review the company’s internal social and communication strategies, applying what was learnt, and will be talking to all employees more regularly, especially those classed as lone workers.
