Congratulations to senior engineer Andy Thiselton for becoming our good catch champion last quarter. Andy reported the most near misses in the workplace.

Andy has put his £250 reward, the amount employees receive if they record the most good catches within a three month period, towards a new set of tools and equipment.

Klimatec’s ‘good catch’ scheme is in place so employees are encouraged to identify a potential risk(s)/hazard(s) in the workplace, whether that be their own premises or at a customer’s site, and with early detection the risk/hazard has been mitigated and any potential accidents prevented.

Klimatec continually encourages all of its employees to help prevent accidents in the workplace and the good catch system helps the company achieve this goal.
