Employees were asked a series of questions around Klimatec as a company and results show an overall positive outcome with several areas where they would like to develop further.

Thanks to the generous donations from employees and guests alike, Klimatec raised just shy of £1,200 for Macmillan by raffling off 40 spectacular prizes, kindly donated by Klimatec and its suppliers.

With the help of Baldwins' crane hire, we’re currently installing 16 condensers for a CRAC unit project, part of ongoing works for a private client in Slough.

Both started on the same day back in June 2019 and have now completed their apprenticeships through what has been a very difficult period with COVID.

Ben has already raised over £600 from running through Staines town centre. The money will help struggling families pay for their child to participate in next year's rugby tour.

Last quarter’s good catch champion was Andy. He was presented with a Makita cordless angle grinder for reporting the most near misses on site and in the office.

We removed the end of life chiller and replaced with a Carrier 30RBP410-R 405kW air cooled system which suited the available space on the client’s rooftop using crane lift.

Ollie qualified for his regional event after coming second in his college, and came fourth out of six during that event. He now awaits news if he has made the national competition.

Last year the company announced several initiatives designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of all staff, now, it’s ramping up that support even further.

Recently completed projects for two separate private clients in London, including a successful chiller installation to an existing chilled water system.

Last quarter’s good catch champion was Ashley Lehec, with the most recorded good catches for the previous three month period. He received an AC Smart Probe for his help.

The company was delighted to sponsor the Staines Swans of The Reeves Rugby Ground in Hanworth Middlesex, including both the Under-11s and Under-9s team’s.

Following the appointment of four new Mental Health Representatives, the company has now invested in several mental health training workshops for managers.

Klimatec issues a weekly newsletter to all employees with expert guidance and advice, tips and supporting links covering a variety of health & safety subjects.

The company designed the new logbooks which include a non-magnetic binding comb for safe use inside chillers. The logbooks were printed by a local independent firm.

Klimatec now rewards its employees on a quarterly basis for their help in spotting potential risks/hazards in the workplace through a new scheme that started this year.
